Please read carefully. Placing an order on this site means you expressly and unconditionally accept these Terms and the Brazipromo Privacy Policy in full. Acceptance is confirmed by the mandatory checkbox you tick during checkout. Support: contact@brazipromo.com — Mon–Fri, 9am to 6pm (BRT).

Art. 1 — The Company and the Service

This site is operated by Valoferta Limited, registered at Unit 903A, 9/F., Cameron Commercial Centre, 458-468 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (the "Company"). Brazipromo sells consumer electronics and home products online to customers in Brazil (the "Service"). For the purposes of Brazilian consumer protection, the Consumer Code (Law No. 8.078/1990) and the LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) apply.

Art. 2 — Access to the Site

The Customer is solely responsible for the technical means needed to access the site, including an internet connection and a valid email address. Telecommunications and internet access costs are the Customer's own.

The site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure, events beyond the Company's control, technical failure, or maintenance required for the platform to function properly. The Company cannot be held liable if the Customer is unable to connect to the internet, to the site, or to their account.

Art. 3 — Ordering and Eligibility

By placing an order, the Customer warrants that they:

  • Are a natural person not contracting in the course of a business;
  • Are over 18 and legally capable of entering a binding contract;
  • Reside in Brazilian territory;
  • Have provided information that is true, current and accurate.

The Customer accepts that the information entered to create or update their account constitutes proof of identity. That information is binding from the moment it is validated, and the Company reserves the right to verify its accuracy.

Once the order is placed and payment confirmed, the Customer receives a confirmation email setting out the order details and the conditions and procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal under Art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code.

The Customer agrees to notify the Company at contact@brazipromo.com of any change to their registration details.

Art. 4 — Products and Availability

All products shown are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase is confirmed, we will notify the Customer, who may choose between a similar replacement product or a full refund. Product images are illustrative and not contractual.

Art. 5 — Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in Brazilian Reais (BRL). We accept PIX (with an automatic 5% discount) and credit card. Prices may change without notice, but orders already confirmed are honoured at the price agreed.

All transactions are processed with SSL encryption by certified payment partners. Those partners are the only parties with access to the Customer's banking data — Brazipromo does not store payment details. The Customer receives a transaction receipt by email once payment is confirmed.

In the event of payment failure or proven attempted fraud, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order.

Art. 6 — Delivery

Delivery takes 7 to 12 business days anywhere in Brazil, counted from confirmation of payment. Shipping is free on all orders. Brazipromo is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as strikes, natural disasters, or an incorrect address supplied by the Customer.

Art. 7 — Right of Withdrawal

Under Art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code, the Customer may cancel a purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the product, without penalty and without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, email contact@brazipromo.com with the subject "CANCELLATION", stating your full name, the email used to order, and the order number. A full refund is processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

See our Refund Policy for full details.

Art. 8 — Warranty and Faulty Products

All products carry a minimum 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to the statutory guarantees under Arts. 18 to 26 of the Brazilian Consumer Code. Where a defect is confirmed, the Customer is entitled to a replacement or a full refund, and Brazipromo covers return shipping.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear.

Art. 9 — Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

Brazipromo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the products beyond what the law provides.

The Company cannot be held liable for failures arising from force majeure — unforeseeable and unavoidable events outside its control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, third-party service outages, strikes, pandemics, or natural disasters.

Art. 10 — Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, layout) is the property of Brazipromo / Valoferta Limited and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Art. 11 — Electronic Communications

Brazilian law requires certain information and communications to be provided in writing. By using this site, the Customer agrees that such communications may be made electronically, and acknowledges that contracts, notices, order confirmations and other communications sent by email satisfy the legal requirement of written form under Law No. 14.063/2020 (electronic signatures) and the Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12.965/2014).

Art. 12 — Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, registered customers will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the site after the new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.

Art. 13 — Complaints and Mediation

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to seek an amicable resolution before going to court, by contacting Brazipromo support at contact@brazipromo.com. The Company undertakes to respond within 30 calendar days.

Failing an amicable settlement, the Customer may escalate to their state PROCON office or the federal platform consumidor.gov.br, under Decree No. 11.034/2022.

Art. 14 — Severability

If any clause or part of these Terms is held illegal, void, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that clause shall be treated as severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which remain in full force and effect.

Art. 15 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Consumer Code (Law No. 8.078/1990) and the LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018). The courts of the consumer's domicile are the elected forum for resolving disputes, under Art. 101, item I, of the Consumer Code.
